1. Basic provisions.

1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller at the time of ordering. The Buyer confirms his acceptance of the terms established by this Agreement by placing a check mark (tick) in the column "I have read the Terms of Agreement and agree to the terms" when placing an order or registering on the Site.
1.2. This Agreement, as well as information about the product presented on the Site, is a public offer in accordance with Art. 435 and part 2 of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on retail sale and purchase (§ 2 Chapter 30), as well as the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them apply to the relationship between the Buyer and the Seller. ...
1.4. The buyer can be any natural or legal person who is able to accept and pay for the goods ordered by him in the manner and under the conditions established by this Agreement.
1.5. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.
1.6. This Agreement should be considered in the form as it is published on the website  Ekorepka should be applied and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Information about the product.

2.1. The product is presented on the site  Ekorepka  through photo samples owned by the online store.
2.2. Each photo sample is accompanied by text information: model number, price and product description.
2.3. At the request of the Buyer, the manager of the online store is obliged to provide (by phone or via e-mail) additional information that is necessary and sufficient, from the point of view of the Buyer, to make a decision on the purchase of goods.
2.4. Specified on the site  Ekorepka,  the price of the goods can be changed unilaterally by the online store.
2.5. In the event of a change in the price of the goods ordered by the Buyer, the manager of the online store immediately informs the Buyer about this (by phone or via e-mail) to receive confirmation or cancellation of the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this order is considered canceled.

3. Procedure for purchasing goods.

3.1. The condition for the purchase of goods through our online store is the implementation by the buyer of a number of actions provided for such a purchase, namely:
• product selection, placing the selected product in the buyer's basket;
• ordering, confirmation of consent to the terms of sale of goods (Terms of agreement);
• registration of a new customer in the online store;
• receiving a message about the acceptance of the order;
• payment and receipt of goods in accordance with the agreed procedure.
The buyer must have his own email address.
3.2. The buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented on the site  Ekorepka. Each product can be ordered in any quantity. The order can be placed by the Buyer independently on the website  Ekorepka.
3.3. After placing an order through the website  Ekorepka  a letter is sent to the Buyer's e-mail, confirming the acceptance of the order, indicating the names of the selected goods and the total amount of the order, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
3.4. In the absence of goods in stock, the manager of the online store is obliged to notify the Buyer about this (by phone or by e-mail).
3.5. In the absence of a product, the Buyer has the right to replace it with another product or cancel the order.
3.6. The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before it is sent to the Buyer, notifying the online store in advance (by phone or by e-mail).

3.7. equipment Bioponik-GreenBar  cost from 25  000 rubles are made for 100% payment exclusively on order.

3.8. Timing of manufacturing equipment Bioponik-GreenBar  in any configuration 30 (thirty) working days. The production time depends on the degree of workload of production and can be extended by the manufacturer unilaterally, but not more than 40 working days.

3.9. In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 10, 2011 N 924 equipment Bioponik-GreenBar  is an  technically complex goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Registration.

Registration in our online store is not required to complete a purchase.

7. Selection and ordering of goods.

8. Terms of Sale.

9. Delivery of goods, terms.

10. Payment for the goods.

11. Warranties and service.

The return of such goods is carried out by the buyer and at the expense of the buyer.
During the warranty period, in the event of a lack of goods, the buyer has the right to contact Ekorepka to eliminate the defect.
